At OLD KID India Retails, customer satisfaction is important to us. We carefully inspect every product before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order, as it explains when returns and refunds are accepted.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order only before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Once an order has been shipped or handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.

If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

No Return or Refund for Change of Mind

As a general policy, OLD KID India Retails does not accept returns or provide refunds for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • No longer interested in the product
  • Ordered by mistake
  • Found a better price elsewhere
  • Personal preference or expectations
  • Delay in decision after delivery

We encourage customers to carefully review the product description, specifications, images, dimensions, and features before placing an order.

Eligible Returns

A return or replacement request may be accepted only if:

  • You receive a damaged product.
  • You receive a defective or non-functional product.
  • You receive the wrong product.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect confirmed by our inspection team.

Any such issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. (Unbox video is mandatory) for any such claims.

  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the shipping package
  • Unbox video of the product
  • A brief description of the issue

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return or replacement, the product must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Include the original packaging, box, manuals, accessories, cables, remote controls, batteries (if supplied), and promotional items.
  • Show no signs of misuse, accidental damage, modification, or improper handling.
  • Be securely packed for return shipping.

Products that are damaged due to customer misuse, improper charging, water exposure, crashes, unauthorized repairs, or modifications are not eligible for return or warranty claims.

Electronics & RC Products

RC cars, drones, helicopters, RC planes, gaming products, rechargeable batteries, and other electronic products undergo quality inspection before dispatch.

Minor cosmetic variations, packaging changes, or slight colour differences caused by photography or display settings are not considered manufacturing defects.

For electronic products, returns or replacements will only be considered after our technical team verifies the reported issue.

Refund Process

If your return is approved after inspection, your refund will be processed using the original payment method.

Refunds are generally completed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges, cash-on-delivery charges, convenience fees, or payment gateway fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a verified manufacturing defect.

Damaged Parcels

If your package appears damaged during delivery, please:

  • Take clear photographs before opening the package.
  • Record an unboxing video whenever possible.
  • Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Failure to report transit damage within this period may affect our ability to process your claim.

Our Decision

All return, replacement, and refund requests are subject to inspection and approval by OLD KID India Retails.

We reserve the right to reject any request that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy or where evidence suggests misuse, accidental damage, or violation of our return guidelines.

Our decision regarding the eligibility of a return or refund shall be final.
