Order Processing

Once your order has been successfully placed and payment is confirmed, our team will begin processing it. Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. During major sales, festivals, public holidays, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer. We strive to dispatch every order as quickly as possible while ensuring that all products meet our quality standards.

Shipping & Delivery

We deliver to most serviceable PIN codes across India through reputable courier partners. Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location.

  • Metro Cities: Approximately 2–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: Approximately 3–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: Approximately 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier operations or local conditions.

Delivery Charges

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on your delivery location, order value, product size, and promotional offers.

Where applicable, Free Shipping will be clearly displayed on the product page or during checkout. Any applicable shipping charges will be shown before payment is completed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email, SMS, or WhatsApp notification containing your shipment tracking details and courier information.

You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided until your order is successfully delivered.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will normally attempt delivery up to three (3) times. If delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable, provides an incorrect address, or refuses the shipment, the package may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be re-dispatched.
